PLASA 2012
We will be showing Moving Light Assistant at the PLASA trade show at Earls Court in London. Drop by the City Theatrical stand (1-G42) for a demonstration. Andrew Voller and Chris Hirst will be on hand to take you through the application and show examples of how it can used to document the moving lights in a show. Version 1.0 should be released in time for PLASA.

VERSION 1.0 RELEASED !
After a lot of work, version 1.0 of Moving Light Assistant has been released. It can be downloaded in the Downloads section of this web-site. It will take a few days before it will be possible to purchase licenses from City Theatrical. Please contact your local City Theatrical dealer for more information.
If you do not have a license, you can run the application in ‘Reader’ mode to view existing show documents. There is an example show document created by Chris Hirst that will allow you to see an example of how the application can be used to document the moving lights for a production. The show document also includes imported console data, so it is possible to see how the data can viewed. A proper demonstration/evaluation mode will be available in a new release shortly.
The fixture and gobo libraries are not as fully comprehensive as I would have liked for this release, but updates to the libraries will follow in the coming weeks.
There is a complete user guide included in the download written by Martin Chisnall.
