Development of Moving Light Assistant version 1.1 which will have support for files exported from the grandMA2 is making good progress. It is in beta with a small group of users at present and will hopefully be released in April. It has been a bigger project than anticipated as there is a lot more data to process. Dealing with embedded presets and effects (including presets used in effects) have complicated the progress.

Version 1.1 Planned changes…

• Importing of grandMA2 files (exported from console as XML).

• Support for nested presets on EOS Family of consoles.

• Uses newer Canon drivers to support more recent Canon DSLR cameras.

• Bug fixes found in previous versions.

Moving Light Assistant version 1.0.2 is now released and available for download from the Downloads page. Read the release notes in the Help folder of the download for details of the changes and bugs fixed.
